It was a pleasure meeting Bill and having him in our home. He arrived and went straight to repairing our microwave. He was extremely knowledgeable. It was evident that he knew exactly what was needed. If possible I would request Bill for any and all repairs. It was refreshing to know someone of have someone of his stature, expertise and work ethic is still around!!!
