The repair by Petter was excellent. He said it would take about a half hour and it did and my microwave is working fine. Prior to that was a different story. The first technician came on 5/11/26 and said my microwave needed a magnetron replacement. He ordered the part from Amazon while he was at my house. He said the part would be delivered to my address and he would return on 5/14/26 to do the repair. The magnetron was delivered the very next day on 5/12/26. However no one showed up on 5/14/26 even though an appointment was set. I called to find out what happened to the technician. I couldn't get a straight answer from the Virtual AI Agent. I was told that the part had not shipped and I could reschedule the appointment or cancel the repair. I mentioned that the part had delivered. I rescheduled for 5/18/26. On the 18th of May I received a text saying the appointment was rescheduled again for 5/26/26 because the part still had not shipped. I asked to speak to a live person. I was told by the AI Agent that my request was not possible. I ended up reaching out to (AHS) which in turn they communicated with Sears and ultimately an appointment was made and kept for 5/22/26. If I could have talked to a live person when I requested one it would have made the situation flow much better.

Steve was very thorough and professional. I was so happy with his service. I loved the texts I received on the time he would arrive. I did not like the scheduling phone number. I wanted to talk to someone and I couldn't so I called Lowe's and talked with someone in appliances.
