Mr Veaceslav was AMAZING!!! He is VERY knowledgeable. I am always curious and ask questions. Even though he is the expert, he answered thoroughly the questions I asked him. He is smart, kind, polite & respectful. He is the reason I signed on with Sears Home Appliance Plan.

He checked it and during another electrical storm it came back on. He checked it and said it was working fine. Lowered the temperature for both sides, took readings and said if a problem came up give them a call.
