Refrigerator repair for 3089 Alderbrook
When I set up appointments through choice home warranty, I always request for any repair service other than Sears. Over the last several years, I have had horrible service. For the most part, they leave the residence and have not repaired the issue and will generally need to come back another time. They always say they need to get approval first. The problem is that other appliance repair companies always fix at their first visit. I believe that this is a scam that sears does so that they can charge for an additional visit. I have very little confidence and their ability to fix issues that arise. I tried to cancel this appointment, but was not able to do it because of the short notice. In this case, the repair was minor and they did fix it… But I still plan on requesting other companies. To be clear… the one star is not rating the technician today…. But in Sears overall performance.

Disappointed
Jerrod didn't diagnose the problem on his first visit. I had to wait a week for a second visit from him., I am elderly and live in central Florida so you can imagine how hot it would get here without AC. Upon his second visit he said that he could not fix my AC because of the exceptions in my insurance policy. So I have been without AC for almost 10 days and now I must find another way to repair the AC.

Terrible
This guy was lazy. He is a terrible. He did not want to help. All he cared was about collecting the money. He was not knowledgeable. The washer was operatlbe. After he left, we put a load in. The washer stop. He made it worse. I will never use Sears again.

Worse now than before!
He order 2 parts, they came to house and came and installed one because he left one old part. Now the washer doesn't get any water on the spin or rinse cycles and very little on the wash. The original problem was no cold water on the cold water wash. Now it's totally unusable.

Horrible
Had a an appointment set and confirmed more than once, even got an email from them that morning again confirming . They did not show up and said customer declined service . Right, sat there for a 4 hour window waiting for them. Now have to try to reschedule and wait another 2 -3 days for an appointment without a refrigerator!

Left today, AGAIN and never fixed the oven
Mike was here August 3 said the correct part was not sent, was scheduled to come August 10 and a new part was sent. Sears never showed despite the text we got saying the company was to come in the morning of August 10. After several frustrating phone calls before noon, no repair person was sent. Mike came this morning August 12. Mike said it was fixed and the oven worked, but the oven doesn't work. He either lied or didn't fix it at all. The oven doesn't heat and the oven light remains on. We still have no oven. Hopefully Best Buy has sent a different company. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of your company to communicate whatsoever. Please allow communication in some form.

Bad attitude/ No show
Called me at 8:12 am. Asked a few questions about my washer. Said he would be here in the morning, depending on his earlier calls. My husband called him at 12:45. He told him we thought you would be here this morning, asked if he might know when he would be here he said he was stuck on a call he didn't know. My husband then asked if he might give a rough estimate. He then threw out 3pm with a bad attitude. My husband then said a call would have been appreciated. He said I don't do secretarial work. My husband then just hung up. He had a bad attitude the whole time. The text kept updating when he would be here pushing it later and later. The last update was 6:30 pm then around 4:12 it said your service tech. Has arrived. He was not here, and he would not answer phone calls. Bad attitude, bad customer service.

Lazy and unqualified
Didn't even pull the refrigerator out to see why it's making noise. Said the unit was work so he doesn't care about to noise it's making. Unqualified to fix it and lazy.

I wasn't there when tech came
Aside from the tech....i am not happy at all with your CS ...I wanted to confirm u had the part because it was not delivered to me..no one ..when I finally spoke to someone which was a nightmare, coukd answer that question..at times I didn't think anyone knew what they doing...very disappointed and don't kno that I'd ever use you again...I had two techs not even show up for appointments
