Fixed the refrigerator
We had Sears out 3 times, Jeremiah had to listen how upset I was, after the last tech left my refrigerator in worse condition than it was before. He quickly diagnosed that the last tech had not connected the wire once he installed the part. Thanks for taking the time for making it right.

Shareef is a great tech he attempted to fix my microwave but after 11 total visits was unable to fix it. I could see that he was very frustrated that the parts he installed didn't make the microwave work. He did what he could. Next step is replace the combination oven.
