Technician great but the refrigerator is a lemon
Robert is very good but the refrigerator still doesn't work after changing all the parts with the freezer door stuck after a few hours while the upper compartment still not cooling at 60+F Same problem from Day One!!!! Has taken several months to fix

Dryer repair
Jim was efficient and maintained a professional role. He treated my property as if it were his. When finish he cleaned both the dryer and the work area. He explained the problem and replaced both parts. This he did to make sure both were same age, which prevents me from having to call back for the other one. Price wasn't bad. Much cheaper a new one.

Mohammad such a nice Technician. He did some fixing that will be easy for me replacing the filter next time. He showed me how to change next time the filter without the handle. I find it difficult now replacing the filter, the pulling out and putting back in without the handle. He even asked me to do it myself as he watched me doing it. Hope next time I can replace the filter without a problem.
