Sears Warranty Tecnician Never Showed Up

If you wish to read the blogs as well as benefit from my experience, I suggest that you avoid Sears Master Protection Warranty Services entirely and instead, seek out a local repair service with an actual address, rather than today's version of Sears Master Protection Warranty Service, whose techs work out of their homes and often never make the appointments which you have been assigned by Sear's very, very, off-shore customer service.

Needs work

The gentleman was supposed to come between 1p-5p. He called at 4:35 to say he'd be here in about 45min to an hour. He arrived at 5:35. Maybe the gentleman could've communicated that he would arrive late. Poor appearance/hygeine. Left the garbage he ordered to my home in the middle the floor. Now the water dispenser isn't working, it worked before he arrived

Terrible Technician

The refrigerator never work the technician said we have to wait 24 hours but after half and hour we saw another error code E CL. What kind of service you provide? We are very disappointed

No estimate cost of repair. Diagnosis was sent to warranty company which was determined a failure on our part for not maintenancing the unit when we just had someone out here who checked the units out. Appointment rescheduled for 9/30 between 1 to 5 and no one has came yet. Been without ac for over 10 days now.

My ac is still out and it is blowing hot air. Now the company says I have to wait 24 hours in order to request a recall. I have a special needs son in the home living with me and there is no bypass to get someone out to my house sooner. The tech that went out to my house didn't even check to see if cold air was coming out. He just changed the part and left.

Tech late and left broken washer full of water

I had a 8-12 appointment window and received a text at 9:40 that the tech was on his way. I started calling and texting for updates at 11. Communication was terrible and tech called about 30 minutes before arriving at 1:30. I spent hours drying flooded laundry room and emptying water from broken washer before the tech arrived. The tech left the floor wet and the washer full of water.

They have come here two times and have solved nothing. The first time he didn't even want to look at the fridge, and the second time they told me that I have to call customer service.

He came out, looked at our fridge then told us he wasn't covered with our home warranty company to work on it. Weird cause the home warranty set the appointment and you accepted the appointment then drove over 1 hour to our house.
