Excellent service
We got great service from Robert who diagnosed and fixed our erratic LG refrigerator. We called yesterday evening and the job was done today by the Sears tech. He patiently explained the problem and how we should monitor performance. Thanks, Sears.

Ahmed was very caring, professional, friendly and wanted to get my washer fixed. On his own, he looked inside his truck to see if he could find any parts from another washing machine that would fit my washer. We were inform that the parts for my washer were not made anymore. I am so happy he went beyond to fix my washer. He is a great worker. I hope Sears appreciates his good work. AH
