frustrated homeowner
the service techs was great, but the phone system was horrible couldn't reach a person to talk to about inconsistencies of the orders, or to make changes, like parts for the tech was not rec'd so when tech got there he couldn't finish the job cause no replacement parts was available.

Alex made a valiant effort to repair our washer, but ultimately it was deemed unrepairable. He was on time for both appointments and we appreciated the time and effort he put into trying to get it working. He was able to quickly process a warranty replacement claim for us.

Craig was very friendly and polite as he explained how much it would cost to repair everything with my 30 year old refrigerator. He was even more helpful when he explained what was wrong with the washing machine and how I might be able to extend it's useful life. I'm looking forward to the repairs of the washer!

Well, this was the 4th visit to repair/replace this part. The first part delivered ( plus a light) were damaged or made incomplete), not delivered the first time but this time the parts arrived and he was on time and efficiently installed them. Working well!
