Excellent technician
Pierre diagnosed the issue and verified the electrical integrity of the refrigerator then said the compressor was clogged which impacted air flow. Pierre was courteous and professional. Thank you.

Sayed arrived on time and I expla j ned that the dishwasher is now working, but wasn't when J opened thd claim. I explained what I did (turning the breaker off and on and waiting for half an hour or more before turning it on). He told me what he thought was wrong, but was not able to replace the part he thought needed to be replaced. He was jot per.itted to replace that part Fred of charge to me because the machine was working now. He said that the issue could be one of 2 items and since it was now working, he was unable to get the required vtagd readings and pictures. This, he was not permitted to replace the part he thought was thd problem free of charge under the terms of the warranty. So, I have to wait until it breaks again and I must let it stay broken until the repairman arrives. He was very good, but the situation remedy will require another claim which is a waste of time and money.

Josh was very professional and courteous he did a good job on putting the junk parts you sent you sent used parts that were filthy dirty they may last a week they may last a month or so we can only guess but you sent junk parts I'm not a bit happy with the parts hey Josh did good work and he was very professional on his end was good. on your end of the junk parts you ordered is very sad.

We had a weird smell emanate from our washing machine. Our technician, James C, asked probing questions to better understand our problem and then went right to work. He inspected the unit throughly and ran the unit through a was cycle. He asked more questions and we determined it possibly was due to using a setting we've never used in four years. James inspected the unit on a few more components and determined the unit is functioning normally. He discussed the usage of the various setting so we have a better understanding how to choose the best setting for our needs. We found that very helpful. Should we have any issues with our washing machine in the future, hopefully they will assign James C to our work ticket.

Patrick was great. He arrived earlier than the estimated time and quickly found the problem with my appliance and fixed it! The AI system however was not great. I tried 3 times to update the service address because it is different than my billing address. The "chat" feature it said to use to update address did not work at all. Then I texted the number, and it said it fixed it. Then AI called me the day of appointment and I updated that address again, successfully so it said. But it didn't. So Patrick had to drive 2 places. Fortunately not too far away.
