Christopher was excellent and efficient. My only complaint isn't with Christopher, it is the amount of texts, phone calls and emails received from the AI system. I had 4 work orders and I received multiple communications on each.

He was very patient with my mother and I. I had to translate everything and he was great at explaining everything to me. I could not have had a better experience with a technician. Very grateful!
