Service Feedback for Technician Eli
I would like to commend Technician Eli and his apprentice for the outstanding service they provided during their recent visit to our home. Both individuals arrived promptly and conducted themselves in a highly professional and courteous manner throughout the appointment. They performed a thorough technical evaluation of our Samsung dryer, carefully assessing the issue we were experiencing with stains on our clothing. After a detailed inspection, Mr. Eli clearly explained that the cause of the staining was not related to the dryer itself. His explanation was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to understand, which we greatly appreciated. Mr. Eli and his apprentice demonstrated excellent expertise, professionalism, and customer care. Their integrity and willingness to ensure we fully understood the situation gave us great confidence in their service. Overall, this was an excellent service experience. I highly recommend Mr. Eli and his team and would gladly welcome their assistance again in the future.

Joel is a good service he be sure to what in his power to fix what need fixing but in my my case my refrigerator was none repaire repairable but I thank for him been my service tech because he talk to me in explaining every detail that was going on I give him hi five great attitude in make you feel comfortable with the complete work he do
