David did a great job checking over the oven indicating parts were no longer available for this GE oven which was installed in 1990. Also indicated that the oven is a potential fire hazard because of the age.

I am very pleased with service I received on my washer. I have one observation to share though . . . I was asked for my signature a couple times. It was not explained to me what I was signing. I see now that I signed that I was acknowledging the stains were on the rug . . . Fine! Acknowledging that the machine would need to be moved! Fine! That space is tight with laundry machines. Fine! I know all this. No problem! BUT I was NOT told that was what I was signing. I assumed I was acknowledging that the work was done -- to my satisfaction, etc.
