Kenneth was terrific!
Kenneth did a fantastic job repairing a difficult Bosch dishwasher in a non air conditioned area on a really hot day while simultaneously having to endure unwarranted quips from my German wife. I cannot tell you how grateful I am.

Kaylyn B. Was very kind and courteous. The issue with the appliance seemed to have resolved itself by the time technician showed up but ran the dishwasher through various cycles. Just to verify all was working well. He did share with me the most probable cause of the error code I was getting which prompted the service call and how as a homeowner I could address it myself. Which is appreciated as of course that saves myself some money. Kaylyy does deserve a five-star rating.

Drew knows his stuff, after I explained all of the symptoms that I experienced/saw/heard and the initial things that I had done to diagnose without finding the failure, he dived right in and was able to find the failure right away. Also great attitude and he doesn't mind explaining what he is doing and why he is doing it (I'm an engineer so I like tech talking with the technicians so I learn about more stuff).
