Excellent Job
Habibullah did a great job. He did a cleaning and found the drain line was clogged which caused the freezing of the ice maker line. He showed me where it was and how to clean it annually so that we would not have this problem in the future.

Dean was fine. Getting my appointments canceled 4 times was not good customer service. Your AI would not let me talk to a representative. I wanted to know why they kept canceling. It was no help just a very frustrating experience.
