The first technician showed up on Jun 9th, stated we needed to order parts and quoted an expensive fix. Repair was rescheduled to June 15th, a new technician, Michael, showed up, reviewed the situation and determined the parts were not needed, and that the actual service would be much less than the previous quotation. While we still need to be on the look out for for future issues with the old fridge, we avoided an unnecessary costly repair. Thanks. You guys send waaaayyyy too many emails and texts. I don't need to know multiple times a day that my appointment a week from now is still confirmed.
