He is a gentle giant with a sweet soul! So courteous and great about explaining step by step what he was doing. Hopefully my washing machine is fixed after he replaced the hoses and put in a new control board, JD stayed to let washer go through a whole cycle. He asked me to contact Sears if I had any problems. Thank you Sears and JD.

Stuart was kind, so this complaint is not on him. When I called for service I said I wanted my gas line checked and vent cleaned. I know I was speaking to AI. 🙈 Never did she mention that you don't do those services. It wasn't until he was done, that I was told Sears did not do that service. I am not sure I will use Sears anymore.
