Charles was absolutely wonderful! He explained the different parts of my freezer and the basics of how my freezer works. He identified what could have caused the issue, ran some tests on the systems, and formulated a plan for resolving the issue. I now understand the basics of my freezer and all of the things that I was doing wrong to keep it from running properly and efficiently.

Ransford called to say he was on his way and the approximate arrival time. He arrived, checked out our washing machine and reported that the error code for our problem was not showing up, but we decided to not have the machine fixed as it cost us more than the machine itself. He explained what the problems might be if we were to have the error codes. He was very professional.
