I found Liem to be courteous, professional, effective and efficient. I have an upstairs window/wall unit and water had been leaking back inside the house. I told him I had been trying to make noises with the AC grates to keep birds out that were attempting to nest in there. Liem was able to remove the debris successfully & bravely, to clear the drainage. My little black dog and I are grateful for his help!

Your AI system hasn't been helpful at all .I've been trying to reach your technician who look at my AC unit. He write down what was wrong with the unit, I need that information to forward to my warranty company.
