The Technician is very kind & caring. It's SEARS, I have a BIG PROBLEM with. My window AC has been acting up, I've had someone out here 3 times in one month. The fan motor was making a very Loud noise, but it stopped before they could get here. I know it's the fan motor causing all the problems & SEARS WONT FIX IT. I'm NOT Happy about this at all.

Madho was able to locate us in our rural home at the end of a very hot day to repair the A/C in our guest quarters (important for weather that is breaking heat records daily). The A/C was built into the wall of our studio and had to be removed to be serviced. Although I helped get the unit out of the wall. it was Madho's expertise that finally got the small A/C unit back into working order. He was professional, friendly, undeterred by the heat and, ultimately, successful in repairing the A/C unit. We appreciate him and his determination to get the job done!
