Obviously he did not test drive after working on mower since it will not move forward or backwards.....any suggestions, thoroughly disgusted!! It was working before he did his work.

Maintenance the Central Air
Very unsatisfied. Waited all day for Mr Fazil to come in to maintenance my central air he just looked at it within 5 minutes he left. I asked if he needs to cut on the air conditioner to see if it's works he said no. I ask again do you need to check the system outside he said no again he replied everything looks good. I have used Sears in the past never experience a situation like this. Plus I have the Sears home warranty if this how the sears technicians is going to services their customers I will cancel my service.

Tech Fine but company sucks
I went through so much just trying to schedule an appt with Sears. I first scheduled an appointment with an A.I agent. She confirmed a price of $129.99 for an A/C coil cleaning and confirm my appt. Following the call, I never received a confirmation email or text so I ended up having to call back. Their call center is horrible and hard to navigate. Finally, I was able to speak with an actual person. They again confirmed the price of a coil cleaning for $129.99 and confirmed my appt. The day of my appt, the tech arrives, and instead of doing the coil cleaning that I scheduled, performs A/C prevetative maintenance instead. The tech then proceeds to tell me that a coil cleaning is $500 plus. I informed the tech that was not what was communicated to me and that I scheduled for a coil cleaning. They are a scam!! Im not even sure what all the tech did. I heard him using a vac, and just assumed he was cleaning the coil. I also looked up Sears preventative maintenance online and it specifies that a coil cleaning is included so I'm very confused. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Tech was nice but company gets 0 stars.

Needs training
Worst technician I've ever experienced. Very unprofessional and refused to honor our contract and properly clean our washer. He was also rude when questioned. He started asking questions about other things that HE WAS NOT HERE FOR. I hope the person you are letting him train gets better help, otherwise you'll have two horrible techs on your hands

Charged for service not received
Charged for service not received. When I called customer service, they stated my complaint could not be made until my payment posted in 24 hours!!!

Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance was not done. Tech said I would have to call again to schedule another 🙄 preventive maintenance. According to his work order it said it was an work order. Also the name us wrong it should be Emma not Kimberly. Thank you

Sears technician stated he did not know about water heaters
Sears technician that showed up to maintenance my water heater stated he did not know how or could not service my water heater and took payment. The telephone number provided connected to AI chat with no contact information to register concerns and non service. This is not the service I received in past from Sears. I highly recommend Sears revisits how they support customers. I would recommend Sears not be used for maintenance. Note the van and technician had no Sears markings not did they present a Sears identification. Disappoint with Sears and Kevin service.

Furnace repair botched
I scheduled my yearly tune up/check up from Sears. The technician did the check up and said everything was fine with my furnace. After Michel R. left, i noticed the house started to get very cold. I hiked up the thermostat to kick up the heat. That's when I noticed that only cold air was blowing. I tried to call the customer service but was transferred 6 times with no success. They just kept transferring me and were of no help. I had to call another HVAC repair person to get our furnace fixed at emergency prices. The Sears tech plugged the sensor in the wrong hole - Sears Home Service is a complete rip off. I will NEVER use them again.
