Refrigerator Repair
He came in a little rude. I wasn't available when he got here but my dad was able to talk to him. He was a little pushy as well.

Substandard
Not overly friendly, left a mess, offered to provide a service on my appliance that was outside is Sears, and had difficulty knowing how to make the necessary repair. Spent along time on the phone consulting with someone about the potential causes to the problem. Would have done better working with a local repair person

Missed an important thing
The technician was on time and polite but forgot to clean the grey seal on the washer.

Still not working
The washer is still not draining and that was the reason she came hear. Nice lady but it was just as bad after the service as before.

Nothing cleaned or resolved
Determined washing machine was broken and given estimate. Dishwasher determined, broken and not repairable. Refrigerator not cleaned or vacuumed. Nothing done with it.

Poor scheduling
The scheduled time was 7:00am to 11:00am technician came at 12:50! We waited all morning ! no apologies! I feel like this happens every time I set a scheduled time slot it's hours past!

maintenance package
did a good job, but I was under the impression he could do maintenance if needed; I needed a cover removed over an oven light and he did not know how to do this?! Overall, probably not a great program everything considered.
