Everything was just fine. I had trouble making the appointment, but once it was made, he came on time and I realized, the technician is only supposed to do very little, no cleaning. I had to get out my vacuum and dust behind the appliances myself, but at least they were checked and found to be in good order.

Pamela Bland,
Colorado Springs, COOkay
He didn't put the machines to their pieces and he didn't address the stain problem. That was pieces not pieces pieces PACE

Donald himself was very nice and knowledgeable, however, I was informed that the service I was receiving was basically unnecessary. He also was supposed to clean and run a service on my washing machine, and left it dirtier than when he arrived, which is confusing. Would highly suggest a refund
Alexis B,
Jamison, PAOutstanding service with Patrick
We are very impressed with the level of service we received from Patrick. He updated us on his arrival status and did a thorough job in performing maintenance on our appliance. He was professional and courteous. Seriously, the service person we had prior only ran diagnostics and was gone in a blink.
David O,
Alameda, CARefrig Yearly Maintenance = have Warranty
Mr. Andrew H. was polite and professional, would have appreciated, when pulling out Frig, I always clean wall, tile floor, etc. He vacuumed the coils in the back, however, last Tech did/ and let me do some more cleaning. I felt rushed with this appt. we always try to be 'ready' when Tech comes and also assist. Also give Treats for coming.

Randy S,
Modesto, CAMaintenance on Maytag Washer/Dryer
I understand part of his job is to inform customers of upcoming changes in maintenance agreements and what may become available in the future, but it seemed Oscar was more interested in selling me a new maintenance agreement now, even though out agreement doesn't expire until November. Almost like there is a monetary incentive for repairmen to sell new maintenance agreements. Not sure that's what their job should be, and company management should let repairmen concentrate on needed repairs and not become salesmen too.

The gentlemen arrive tried to charge a different price…….then asked for 800+ dollars for an ignition device/ labor for the oven. The oven was working and now its not…..The language was also a barrier and he was a bit aggressive did not like me questioning him…..
