Washing machine fix.
As always, Keith is friendly and efficient. The repair was done quick and he explained and showed me what part had failed. He has been here on more than one occasion for preventative or repair visits. He is a pleasure to talk to and I appreciate his honesty and friendliness. I hope all your techs are like him.
