Technician was very nice and polite but didn't have the equipment that he needed to perform the task. He had to go to the store to purchase what he needed causing a 45 minute wait time for me.

The email notification of the service appointment stated that the technician would call 15 minutes prior to reaching the address. We did not get a call prior and instead while he was already onsite. This feature should be firmly implemented since we need to travel to the site. Unfortunately we did not get to meet the technician but just spoke with him over the phone.

He did not have his own truck, so he did not have all the equipment he needed. He forgot to suction out the drain line until we were talking about outside and he said oh I forgot, I'll do that now; yes, I was not very impressed. He had been here before, so he knew what to do. It seemed like he had something else on his mind.

Mr. Ricardo arrived at my home during the time scheduled. He identified himself and asked what problem I have with the washing machine, He was very respectful and demonstrated knowledge and competence of his job. after he identified the problem, he explained the procedure of getting it fixed. he also serviced my dryer and refrigerator. He delivered excellent service. I am satisfied with the service I received.

Richard was very nice and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Unfortunately, even though he had done some recalibrating, the cycle stopped at rinse again and could not be completed. I had to call for another service call.

Sears communicated appointment dates and times. We were informed of the arrival time of the technician. The technician, Rachid, was very professional and pleasant. He checked out our appliances to make sure they were in good working order. After his evaluation, he informed us that the appliances are in good working order.
