Mr. Samuel was on time, professional in his service. Due to the age of the refrigerator of 30 years, this Kenmore Is still working today; however, it can't be repaired due to age, leaking and not being made anymore.

We appreciated that Nilesh contacted us to let us know approximate arrival time. He worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose the problem and did not pressure us into making a decision about what to do. Fortunately he had the part on his truck and replaced it in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the "receipts" I received did NOT reflect the amount we paid. This may or may not be his fault but I have no record of our actual costs or warranty on service to our gas dryer!
