Keith went all through both machines and checked them out end to end. He found things that should have been taken care of on previous maintenance calls that were not checked. A big thanks to Keith for taking the time to clean our units as they should be.

Would not recommend the maintenance service from Sears. The technician was excellent but all the maintenance service was some basic general cleaning. Not a deep disassembly and cleaning.

Sam is a very nice person. However he is not a refrigerator specialist. I have always had an issue with the ice maker which he is not qualified to fix and other Sears technicians have said it cannot be resolved. My other issue is a safety issue. The freezer handle comes off unexpectedly. Being up in years I am worried about losing my balance and falling backwards. It has been tightened many times but keeps reoccurring. So while Sam is a very nice guy, he arrived late and did not give me any advance notice and basically just cleaned the coils and tightened the freezer handle.
