Very unhappy
He did not clean anything and was only there for about an hour and I did the kitchen and washer bunble didn't take the coupon I had either. Will not ever use again. The plastic ring is not stained i took a white rag and wiped it there was still dirt that came off it I don't think he even tried.

I didn't appreciate the mess I had to clean up after Jeff checked out my washer. Water all over my basement floor. Using many of my towels to clean my basement floor.

Disappointed
Having waited all day for the Washer checkup, I discovered the invoice had the wrong phone number. Thus, William cancelled out the order. I realize it was not his fault but in house was. That is not satisfactory since the arrangement had, to my knowledge, the correct land and cellphone.

Unprofessional - Tried to not do Work
Technician arrived about 4 hours late with no update given until about 30 min before arrival (12:30 PM expected vs 4:30 PM arrival). Technician stated they rang doorbell but neither myself nor my dogs heard the doorbell ring. I heard a car door close outside and walked outside to see the technician leaving, I waved at him and he got out and said he had canceled the appointment because he thought I wasn't home. He then stated he wouldn't be performing the work because he had cancelled the appointment and I said that wasn't my problem to figure out, it was his because he made the mistake since he also stated he hadnt knocked after he rang the doorbell. I asked him to perform the work and he acted indignant I asked him to do his job since he'd already closed the work order. He finally did come inside and perform the inspection to some degree but he was in the house for less than 2 minutes so I doubt he did the work. We all make mistakes but I expected my tech to own his mistake and tell me he would handle all issues, he failed.
