Daniel was very polite & informing even with me not being a happy customer with the scheduling of 8am to 12 time frame, it was almost 6pm. The scheduling department needs to do a better job. I had labs to go have done this afternoon but couldn't leave, my health is very important to me. Last time the senior tech said well everything in the dryer has been replaced, so just wait for it to break .....WHAT!! The dryer has been checked by 5 or 6 technicians and since the parts were replaced it worse then when it was brand new. Today was just a maintenance call & Daniel was putting in a service call for the dryer.

Joshua did an excellent job cleaning the drying. No problems and everything looks good. The only negative is that my appointment was delayed from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, so I had to wait around longer than I expected.
