He was prompt, pleasant and friendly. However I feel he didn't try hard enough to pull out my refrigerator so all he did was check the temperatures. I think he needed to pull it out so he could clean the coils as other service people did. It's a lot of money for a contract to only check the temperatures. He did check the cost to renew my policy which I don't think I will do as it's expensive and I don't think I got my moneys worth.

Did a good job. He was polite and worked on cleaning and defrosting the frig. I was surprised that the service charge was included. It was pricey for the service. Just be aware of this.
