Eduardo did a nice efficient job with the maintenance of our refrigerator. The only possible complaint I have is that the estimated time of arrival was off by 1 1/2 hours and the web "track your technician" system was showing him being a lot farther away than he really was. I.E. it wasn't working at all.

Had my annual Microwave, Range, and Refrigerator inspected per my existing Protection Plan Agreement by this person today. Very cheerful and knowledgeable. No complaints about him nor the work performed. The one reason I dropped a star is because after the appointment was over, I received a phone call and email to tell me that the appointment for the microwave inspection was now rescheduled, when it had been just done minutes earlier... A phone call to SEARS got full appointment statused as "complete", but you need to give your techs the old tablets back, because the phone-sized devices may be easier to cause errors like this.

The service call was adequate. I asked a lot of questions about the machines performance and how to clean the lint trap. This was explained to me, but why make it so difficult to get a vacuum appliance in order to clean the filter? Also I was asked to sign a number (4-5) blank cell phone areas without an opportunity to see what I was signing. This is just WRONG
