Michael knew immediately what was wrong with my dryer and repaired it quickly. My only complaint was he wreaked of cigarette smoke which left my laundry room smelling of cigarette smoke. There is no air circulation in my laundry room and it t took the rest of the day for it to dissipate. I'm not sure what you can do to alleviate the problem short of hiring non smokers but if you can come up with something it would be appreciated.

The only thing that concerned me was that because the serial # could not be read the technician said that may would pose a problem when ordering parts. I thought there was permanent damage to the serial #. After he left I applied some elbow grease and the serial #is visibly perfect. I thought he should have known that. He made it sound as though the serial # had been scratched off permanently.

Jules knew old GE washers and dryers. He didn't mind my watching him do I could learn about my machines. He did both machines at the same time so as to be efficient. He was careful handling the removed parts. He knew what he was doing. I recommend Jules, a very nice man.

This wasted 4 days of my time. Cancelations, notices of tech coming. Day after day. Impossible to get answers. Frustrating and a time suck from daily duties. Sears and A&E must do better. Once tech arrived job completed.
