Dryer problem
Great. Informative. Also proactively checked the washer in addition to diagnosing the dryer. Wasn't able to replace the power cord for some reason but told me where t find one.

Appointment was 8-5. tech showed up a little after 6 pm. Was very tired from a long day in a company van with no a/c. Very friendly did a good job cleaning the unit and removing ice build up. Also checked out our Kenmore under counter ice maker that went out for the up teenth time and ordered parts.
