Talked to him on the phone and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He replaced the water level sensor switch and washer is working fine. However, the ring tones and sounds no longer work, like when the wash cycle ends, it used alert you with ring tones that it was over.

the appointment page is not at all accurate. It told me the estimated time of arrival was well after 1 pm but he called me before noon saying he would be there in 15 minutes. I was 30 minutes away not expecting him to be there so early.
