My only concern / complaint was that there was no call to indicate that Habibullah was on his way. I work from home, so I wasn't prepared when he arrived and was on a work call. Otherwise, he was very nice and seemed to both machines cleaned.

Very disappointed with Sears and the representative now being able to give a talk me from " other than" wait eight hours. There was no time frame. I simply asked for a morning or evening and he was unable to provide it. Very disappointing and strange policy.

Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous tech and apologized for the delayed service. Not his fault. Sears scheduling time was way off as my service was 8am-12pm and kept moving out the arrival time to 6pm.

I would have fixed the washer and had a new felt strap put on the dryer… BUT the labor charges were extremely high so I declined there estimate!! Three times the amount of the part! Totally ridiculous! I will not use sears repair in the future. HORRIBLY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

Zackary was very good, polite, and competent. My complaint was the call center. I told the girl I needed my vent cleaned and why. She did not tell me that was not available, that someone would call me to see what I needed. She took my info and ended the call. I waited for the repairman to come and he apologized for not calling because he had just received my phone number That morning. Upon leaving he suggested an hvac company to clean the vent. Our hvac man recommended a company that does that- a personal recommendation. Luckily they could come that afternoon! Now I can do the laundry I have been waiting to do all week!!
