Donnie was timely, courteous, and efficient. Lucky for us, he came to the house even though he was unable to contact us beforehand. Our fault not his.

It is not the repair man's fault but Sears sent out the first repair who stated nothing was wrong only to have the refrigerator completely stop functioning weeks later. I would like somewhere to discuss that.

Sediq's preventive maintenance service on our Microwave and Dryer was very good. He was professional and courteous as usual and he was in and out completing the service in a timely manner. The cleaning out of lint behind the dryer cover was not as thorough as previous visits but he said he was able to get all the lint through the dryer lint collector.

Very knowledgeable and great personality. Punctual. Nate was very patient and upset towards sears is not holding up to there promises. Told him our story; how other techs and not doing there job. Not giving calls nor giving warning or courtesy call that there running behind schedule. Just not showing up period. Customers wasting time and losing money when tech(s) don't show up. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
