Ricky was the technician that came to repair our fridge as it was making a knocking sound we thought was the ice maker. Ricky said the fridge was not cooling properly and asked us what had been done to it in the past. We said nothing other than the one time the ice maker was making no ice. We had no other problems with it. He really did'nt know what the problem was so we got everything out of the fridge for him to check the fridge and inspect it. He said the coils were all stopped up and needed to be clean. It also needed a new ice box because it was bent so he ordered a new one. He said he thought it was the cause of the popping noise it was making. He cleaned the coils which we paid for. When the ice maker comes in he will write us another ticket for the ice box. Another appointment has been scheduled for Jan 24 to install the ice box.

It is not the repair man's fault but Sears sent out the first repair who stated nothing was wrong only to have the refrigerator completely stop functioning weeks later. I would like somewhere to discuss that.

Sediq's preventive maintenance service on our Microwave and Dryer was very good. He was professional and courteous as usual and he was in and out completing the service in a timely manner. The cleaning out of lint behind the dryer cover was not as thorough as previous visits but he said he was able to get all the lint through the dryer lint collector.
