Guys just a straight shooter very honest very kind. I actually canceled my appointment probably seven times but I'm really glad It didn't stick. Gary was very patient as I had to remove dead rat that he found was electrocuted inside the heater. He then proceeded to maintain the heater and quickly discovered that the flame out / re-ignition behavior was probably caused by the gas valve control board that may be going bad. Very happy with the quick response by Sears home services.
