Shane was very nice. He made sure everything was good. We had a storm last night, the electric went off . When it came on the refrigerator started working. I told Shane when called he laughed, but came to check it out. Thanks BS

He found all appliances operating and in good shape except for the dryer and he's scheduling an appointment for a technician to come out and repair the dryer. He assured me that parts were available for the dryer. The garbage disposal, washer, water heater, water softener, are all new appliances and he got the model and serial numbers off of all of them to turn into maintenance agreement as they were replaced by maintenance agreements.

I received a text message that a technician was on the way to my house arriving at 11:52 AM. I patiently waited until about 2 PM and no technician. I received another text saying my appointment had been rescheduled for 6/21. I explained that I would not be available on 6/21 and wouldn't be available until sometime in July. A technician arrived at about 4:15 and did an outstanding job.
