He was suppose to check out my refrigerator but said he does washing machines not refrigerators. He had no way to check out to make sure temperature was ok. He doesn't know why you would send him on a refrigerator call. I have paid for something I did not get. I am not happy

Roy's service with excellent. He told me what he found. However, trying to get an appt for him to do the PM check, was AWFUL with AI Samatha. I had to talk with the Renewal Dept to see if I still had a contact, and they made the appt. for me. Please stop using this AI app.
