William provided good service for the annual maintenance of 10 items under warranty. He was thorough while checking the appliances, listened to our issues and explained any issues that were found. He also discovered a problem with the microwave which required repair parts. Good job, completed in the normal time for the amount of appliances serviced.

Very nice, professional, careful with older equipment. Advised me not to follow every owner cleaning instruction in manual to prevent breakage. Apparently no parts needed lubrication.
