Maintenance check on Maytag Washer
We were pleased with the early service done today by Charles . He called to inform us that he would be at our home as soon as he finished the call in Pearl City. He arrived as promised. I directed him to the washroom where the washer was located and I asked him if he could check if the washer was balanced and he said he would but did not tell us the result. He did not explain what was done nor did he give any comments on the condition of the washer. Guess I should have asked him these questions but thought about it after he left.

Bob did a good job. The snow blower runs noticeably smoother and quieter. I'm still not sure what Sears "Preventive Maintenance" actually covers...but I specifically requested the oil be changed and the spark plug be replaced. I also noticed one of the Shear Pins was missing and Bob replaced that as well. If I had not spoken up, the oil and spark plug would not have been changed and the Shear Pin would still be missing. The truck was also not equipped with replacement belts or extra Shear Pins. Apparently my belt did not need to be replaced but that's besides the point. On-site service trucks should be equipped with these common replacement parts.

William provided good service for the annual maintenance of 10 items under warranty. He was thorough while checking the appliances, listened to our issues and explained any issues that were found. He also discovered a problem with the microwave which required repair parts. Good job, completed in the normal time for the amount of appliances serviced.
