Washer and dryer
Pedro did a good job explaining what was wrongwith the washer and He ordered the part needed and will return to fix it. He did a good job cleaning the dryer. He was pleasant and explained everything very well.

The service with Patrick was fine. When I tried calling or using the chat feature online with Sears I was only connected to a bot. I was only given a menu of preselected information it could share, none of what I needed to ask. Please have live representatives back. The bots are only marginally helpful.

I spoke to may people in customer service to get my refund. Ronald gets a good rating, but the rest, not so sure. Was told sooo many different things. Had to make numerous calls. I finally received 2 checks in mail today October 10th. My claim was submitted August 24, 2025.
