My only concern was when the technician arrived we discussed the dryer service. I specifically asked about cleaning the dryer vent. Andrew claimed that they don't clean the dryer vent just the lint trap and blower but not the vent that I needed to call my HVAC service because is part of the HVAC system. I have been a Sears customer for 50 + years having multiple dryer services by Sears technicians and they always clean my dryer vent. One last thing, my service confirmation claimed a personal check was an acceptable form of payment. Andrew said they could not accept checks. You need to remive the statement from your confirmation emails if it is incorrect.

Aaron was on time and polite. He cleaned up nicely when he was finished. I am not sure what he actually did, as the maintenance was not reviewed or explained. Also, lint trap in the dryer is now bent and the lint tray does not slide in properly.

Great job, fast and efficient. Changed the filter for our heating system, said all looked good and off he went. To Sears. You canceled our first appointment 12/1. And then scheduled 12/16 for a heating inspection at 5 pm. When we requested an early appointment, you don't do that. Disappointed in your customer service.

Nice, but was acting a bit weird. Informed me that I would need to pay additional 69.99 for the vacuuming of the furnace. Waited in my home until the payment was made and asked me twice if I had my credit card. Overall, service was completed successfully.

Don was very nice to work with. The challenge is that he couldn't fix the washer and I was charged $344 anyway. He could not service the Dryer either. It was very disappointing. I did not receive a quote for the repairs, however it sounded like a repair would cost more than the washer. Hope to see Don again, but this was not a good first experience with Sear Protect.
