No show with poor communication
I stayed home today for my appointment. Appointment was confirmed and then I received a cancellation text saying my parts never shipped. I have been in possession of the parts for a week. I tried to contact someone and only could reach your AI. They gave me a new appointment for 8/17. I them tried to reschedule and got another appointment for today, only to receive a text at 12:01 that they wouldn't be here today. Tried to reschedule for 8/10 and told not available. Now I'm back to 8/17 to wait again! Service today was horrible and I am less than satisfied with the treatment and inability to speak with a human representative!

Ice cubes melted and other goods partially melted. Two days later ice maker started producing ice, but very slow. Holi said he could not give me reason for problem, unless he was here couple days or sooner, after problem occurred. I could not schedule a technician out to check on freezer, for 1 month, after the incident! Holi did give me suggestions as to what to do, if problem happened again.
