I would like you to know that you should be very proud you employ such a great person in Ruben V. He was GREAT!! He arrived and was so very pleasant, knowledgeable and really good at his expertise. He discussed service, explained different items and was just all around a really nice guy. He went right to work and did a great job for us on both our washer AND dryer. He went over the bill and credited my coupon immediately with no question and said if we had any problems not to hesitate and call them and pleasantly said goodbye and went on his way.
