Sergio came to service my Kenmore refrigerator and Kitchen-aid dishwasher. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and expertly examined the 2 appliances to be sure they were working properly. If I ever need a Sears technician again, I would definitely request Sergio!

Ignacio and assistant Robert were very pleasant and professional, introduced themselves and were very efficient and very in completing our water heater check up and flush in a timely manner. Ignacio described the work done and answered all my questions.
