Peter was superb. He was here on time, he was through, he was very amiable, he was very informational & explained everything in detail along with diagrams of what was wrong with my dryer. He did have to order parts for it so we scheduled another appt when the parts are rec'd. I look forward to having him here again. I highly recommend him with 5 stars.

Tech was friendly and i asked questions and he answered them. Wish more tech's were like him. Now with sears on phone today had issues where i was transferred about 5-6 times and nobody could help me and last person hang up on me. Asked for a supervisor never got one.
