Dennis has been out multiple times over the years and I know I can trust his repairs and opinions on if something is wrong. Really happy that he is able to fix and maintain all of the appliances. This is at least the third time you have sent out a technician who is unable to do all the jobs. Timothy was fine, but he is not licensed to do gas. We have two appliances with gas and once again, we have to reschedule because you sent out someone who is not qualified in that area This is a nuisance.
