Phillip was amazing!!!!!Very personable showed me things about my appliances that I wasn't aware of so knowledgeable about the refrigerator and dishwasher. He left everything in working order and clean. I would prefer him for my annual maintenance going forward. You have a gem of an employee .

Stephen was great—that is the only thing good about Sears—people set up appts between 8 & 5 & the tech does not show is ridiculous—it happen ended to me a week before & I had to reschedule—over the spring & summer I made at least 6 or 7 appts to get a part put in my refrigerator—all no shows—& your AI service is a joke—
