The Sears Home Service provided by Eli was exceptional. We got our appointment right away. They used texts to make sure we didn't have to guess when it got scheduled or when he was going to arrive. He was efficient, quick and gave us excellent service. If you use Sears Home Service and can get Eli you'll be so happy.

Daughter & my husband met Rayncin & supervisor at home. Range 1st diagnosed right back burner on range not working; but we declined repair. Refrigerator & dryer serviced with no issues. Washer ok; soap dscum removed with Clorox solution. Rayncin gave details of his work on the (4) appliances & explained what was needed to repair burner on range. He's pleasant, courteous & thorough with servicing our appliances. Jobs well done. Mahalo plenty
